The greatest need of any business, organization, or church is leaders, and more of them. How do you find leaders? More importantly, how do you develop and form leaders? Mentoring relationships between emerging and existing leaders are one key strategy to leader development within your organization or church. This session will focus on the Emerging Leader Development strategy utilized by Church of the Resurrection to effectively mentor leaders today – and for the future of the church.
