Small Groups

Purpose, Belonging, Growth

Type: Presentation

The health of a small group is connected to the health of the larger church community. Many have observed that we are becoming a more individualistic society. Access to basic social relationships that produce healthy people is less commonplace. The challenge for small groups is that we take isolated people and ask them to engage socially at a spiritual level. In doing this, we often set the bar too high. This session will explore that challenge and present a framework for building healthy small groups, thus a healthy church community.
