Among the discouraging reports of aging and decline in churches today, how can you help young people discover and embrace your church? We know how important culture is to any organization – including our congregations. However, we often lose track of how to create and maintain the kind of healthy, vibrant culture God desires. Jesus said, “Seek ye first…” This is not to equate the Kingdom of God with church culture, but Jesus did teach the importance of prioritizing. In a fast-paced, interactive style you will learn why, what, when, where and how to prioritize the kind of culture in your church that will make a difference in your ministry and in your community. Whether your culture needs a major upgrade or is already healthy, you will learn a systematic and uplifting process for clarifying and unifying buy-in to producing lasting change and more fruitful results in your church for the Kingdom of God!
