With social isolation, political polarization, and technological innovation at an all-time high, our congregants (and ministry leaders, too) struggle to form meaningful relationships in a chaotic world. Through experimentation, mistakes, and risks, Resurrection has found life in our small group ministry by placing the wellbeing of each group member front and center. We’ll cover casting appropriate vision, developing healthy group facilitators, and growing in fruitful outcomes – all towards the end of communities that leave places of comfort to make an impact in the world.
